At Blue Horizon Studios Roatan, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure transparency and fairness for all our guests, please review our cancellation and refund policy before booking.

Deposit & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of US$ 100 is required to guarantee your reservation.

• The deposit secures one night’s stay and is applied to the total cost of your booking.

• The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to flight cancellations, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or unforeseen events.

• If you need to reschedule your stay, you may apply your deposit toward a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability. One reschedule is allowed per booking.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will result in the full first night’s charge being non-refundable, with no rescheduling option.

Early Departures & Modifications

• If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the full reservation amount remains due, and no refunds will be issued.

• Changes to check-in or check-out dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the rare case that Blue Horizon Studios Roatan must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, property maintenance issues), we will offer:

  • A full refund of your deposit OR

  • The option to reschedule your stay at no additional cost.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected situations, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or flight disruptions.
